I understand how tough it can be to get fitness into your day around work, family and other commitments, trust me, I've come through them myself. I'll help you to fit your training into your day, avoiding as much disruption to you and your family as possible.
I will also help with your nutrition, giving you guidance and advice on what to eat (and of course, what not to eat) in order to help you to reach your goals, and to maintain those results once you've achieved your target.

There are many myths surrounding food; what's good, what's bad, so-called low fat food, I could go on forever! I can give you clear information that will help you to choose the right foods for you, your health and your fitness goals.
A calorie is not a calorie, well, of course, it is! But more importantly, it's about where that calorie comes from, and what it's going to do in your body. Is it going to help you, or hinder you? Think about it, 500 calories of chocolate will do much less good for you than 500 calories of vegetables will.
Giving your body the right foods helps to ensure that it runs effectively. Think of food as fuel, you can't run a car without petrol (other fuel types available), you also can't run a car on fake fuel and expect it to run efficiently! You have to give it what it needs to run properly, your body is the same. We weren't designed to run on processed foods and chemicals, we were designed to run on food that has either grown from the ground, or lived once!
We will work together to build your fitness plan, taking into account your current fitness level, your commitments and your goals!
You can book as many sessions with me as you like, to be taken at a frequency to suit you! If you would like to see me daily, we'll get together daily for your workouts. If you would like to see me once a week and workout at home for the rest of the week, then I can give you a training programme to follow on your own, or to follow at a gym if you have a membership.
All exercises will be appropriate to your ability, and if you're unhappy with anything, it can be changed to suit you!

High intensity cardio blasts to keep your heart rate high, mixed in with focused resistance exercises to build lean muscle ensure that you burn more calories both during the workout and for longer after the workout.
There are many benefits of Group Exercise, bring along a friend, meaning you're more likely to stick to your new healthier lifestyle, bonding with others in the group will help you to feel more confident about your exercise, again, meaning you're more likely to stick to your new regime!
