Face to Face Sessions

VTPT Face to Face Training includes weekly training plans programmed according to your goals, fitness levels, and location requirements.

Workouts are written and sent each week and can be adjusted according to feedback given by you! I send video demos for all exercises, and will occasionally ask for videos to check you’re doing the exercises in the safest and most optimal way.

The Face to Face element of training will be a video call on whichever platform is convenient for both of us! This replaces sessions that would be held in the gym, until it is safe for us to return to a normal setting! Pricing depends on how many sessions a week you'd like.

VTPT Online

VTPT Online includes weekly training plans programmed according to your goals, current fitness levels & abilities, and location & equipment requirements. For whether you'll be training at home or at a gym!

I send video demos for all exercises, and will occasionally ask for videos of you performing an exercise in order for me to check you’re doing it in the safest and most optimal way!

Workouts are sent in monthly blocks and progressed each week, they can be adjusted according to feedback given by you from the previous week!

Tailored Fitness Plan

Whilst fat-loss is my main speciality, I can help with any aspect of your training needs. Whether it's fat- loss, strength and conditioning or your first 5k!

Your fitness plan will be based on:

  • Your commitments
  • Your goals
  • Your fitness level
  • Your experience & ability

Most importantly the fitness plan is for you. If you are unhappy any element can be changed.

If you would like to see me daily, we'll get together daily. If you would prefer to see me once a week and then workout at home, then I can give you a training programme to follow at home, or to use at a gym if you have a membership.

I can give you clear information that will help you to choose the right foods for you, your health and your fitness goals.

Giving your body the right foods helps to ensure that it runs effectively. Think of food as fuel, you need to give your body what it needs to run. We weren't designed to run on processed foods and chemicals, we were designed to run on food that has either grown from the ground, or lived once!
